Just got in from a great lesson. I learned that I need to treat a trial just like a lesson and trust that Party will do it. She has done everything so beautifully in the lesson because I must say I am relaxed! So I am going to be more like "The Little Engine That Could" I think I can, I think I can. I am going to put myself in a very happy place and imagine that I am at a lesson with Lo in a relaxed atmosphere and just let it happen. No stress no worries and go from there.
